MANUAL MACHINING

Our manual machining capabilities include various grinding solutions from Cylindrical, centreless and surface, we also have the capability to re-grind milling cutters, drills and reamers, our grinding machines are as follows:

• Jones and Shipman Surface Grinder
• Myford Universal Grinder
• Centreless Grinder
• Jones and Shipman Cutter Grinder

Our other manual operated machinery include a 50 Tonne Power Press, various Pillar Drills, band saws, 8ft Safan Guillotine with digital readout, box and pan folder and a Carbolite oven for Heat treating and last but not least a small sand blasting cabinet, all these facilities complement our main area on Turning and Milling.
