INSPECTION
Here at Fort Precision our inspection department is fully equipped and all inspection equipment fully calibrated to ISO 9001 standards, so all parts comply to customer drawing specifications.
Faro Gage Arm is our most useful piece of equipment, it can inspect to high tolerances, can reverse engineer a part for us to manufacture and also inspect parts on a machine to insure the part is correct before removing.
We also can provide Dimensional reports and more in depth First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR).
All shop floor inspection equipment are calibrated every six months and all thread and ring gauges are calibrated to UKAS.
